Convertible Top Issues: If you own a Bentley Continental made between 2007-2018, you may encounter problems with the tension straps on your convertible top. When these straps fail, they can cause small holes on both sides of the canvas, requiring a costly replacement. Fortunately, our technicians can inspect the condition of the tensioner straps and the entire convertible top mechanism to prevent such damage. We can replace the straps before they fail, which can save you money in the long run. We use factory original parts and can usually complete the repair within 1-2 days. If your entire convertible top needs replacement, it may take 5-7 days depending on parts availability.

Another common issue with convertible tops is a tannow cover motor failure. Our technicians can diagnose and replace the failing component, usually within one day, to ensure that your convertible top operates smoothly.
Suspension Issues: Is your Bentley sitting lower in the front than in the rear after a few days of sitting? Do you see warning lights indicating “vehicle too low, don’t drive”? This could be due to a leak in your air ride suspension. Our technicians can diagnose the exact issue causing the failure and replace any necessary parts. In most cases, the leak is caused by a faulty air spring. We can usually complete the repair within 1-2 days.

Another common suspension issue is front suspension bushing or control arm bushing failure, which can cause a “clunk” in your front suspension. There are eight control arms in the front suspension, and our technicians can diagnose and perform necessary repairs. This repair typically takes 2-3 days, depending on parts availability.
